Royal Route Residence is a complex of self catering-apartments located right in the heart of Warsaw. All staff are multi-lingual All apartments are air conditioned, have central heating and come with a fully equipped kitchen, including utensils, washing machine and cooker. Some of the apartments also have a CD player, colour television, coffee maker and a dishwasher. The Royal Route Residence provides transport to and from the airport for a surcharge and guest parking is available. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. There is free high speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. The apartments are self-catering and therefore no meals are provided. However you will be within walking distance of many cafes, bars and restaurants as the hotel is located in the city centre. Lazienki Park is less than half a mile away and you will find the Palace of Culture and Science a mile and a half away.
Located in the centre of Warsaw, the River Route Apartments is close to transport links. Guests praised the ease of getting around the town as the bus stop is directly opposite and the train station and tram stops are also close by.
Guests felt it was a pleasure to stay here with many commented on how spacious and comfortable the apartments were. They are well equipped for cooking and have everything you need to prepare a meal but should you prefer to dine out there are no end of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance.
There were many positive comments on the friendliness of the staff in general. In addition several guests made a point of mentioning how fast and efficient they found the check-in process, which made a good first impression.
Some guests complained of a poor night’s sleep owing to traffic noise from the streets below. Also the curtains in some of the apartments were reported to be thin and did not close properly so the light coming in was also an issue.
There is no telephone in the apartments which caused some inconvenience to a few guests who commented they would have expected one to be included.
The entrance and communal areas were described as being dark and dingy which gave a slightly unwelcoming feel according to some guests. It was felt that the staircases in particular would benefit from better lighting
