The thing the guests appreciate the most from their time at the Royal Beach Resort is its proximity to the beach. You can get down to the sandy beach and relax by the sea in just a couple of minutes.

Claustrophobics should breathe easily at the Royal Beach Resort - guests confirm that the rooms are big, spacious and comfortable.

Some guests appreciate the free spa facilities such as the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. A lot of female guests are pleased to have access to a ladies only indoor pool too.

Numerous guests feel that the Royal Beach Resort is a far cry from being a five star resort. Many feel three stars would be more appropriate. Some don't think the hotel even warrants a star at all! The building and the facilities are old and run down. Some even claim the promotional photos of the hotel are misleading and do not represent the reality - especially for the spa and the pool.

Guests have a poor impression of the hotel's staff - to say the least. Many find them uncooperative and inefficient. For some, they are just inept and have a disrespectful attitude. There are obviously some exceptions to this rule. A few guests find them charming and helpful and one or two members seem to stand out above the rest.

Various guests have found their rooms not to have been cleaned from the previous occupants upon check-in. Others find the rooms are dirty and smelly with dirty and old bed-sheets. Whether these are isolated cases or not is not clear, however, positive comments about cleanliness are rare.
