    Guests liked the fact that the hotel was technologically advanced since they were able to have an iPad control system, flat-screens and Nespresso coffee machines. The Wi-Fi was also quick and worked well.

    Guests were content to be in a strategic location for their needs including being in the centre of the shopping and financial areas. There are various shopping centres within walking distance and an important hospital. It is also in a quiet area a little away from the city.

    Guests were happy with the modern, sleek and comfortable rooms they were assigned. It was nice to have views of the ocean and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in the rooms. The space was plenty and there were extra perks in the rooms to make their stay comfortable.

    Guests felt the linens and pillows had an unpleasant odour. The bed linens and pillows did not smell clean at all and left a bad impression on guests. The towels were also not the best quality.
