Negative Reviews
negative:
Reservation issues.
Guests who wanted to dine at the on-site restaurant found it quite cumbersome having to make their reservations in advance as the restaurant can get fully booked by both resident guests and locals. This inconvenienced guests as there are no other restaurants within walking distance.
negative:
Tiring climb to the rooms.
Those whose rooms were located on the upper floors found it quite tiring climbing several flights of narrow stairs on a daily basis. If you have any mobility issues it's advisable to ask for a room on the lower floors.
negative:
Uncomfortable mattresses.
Quite a few guests mentioned that the mattresses were too soft and saggy thus prevented them from getting a good night's sleep. According to some the mattresses looked and felt rather old and were in need of replacement.
