Wonderful staff; good amenities
All the staff is reportedly wonderful and offer excellent customer service. Guests also like the ambience of the hotel. The small gym with cardio equipment and some weights help guests to work out on rainy days. The onsite laundry is a big help and the Wi-Fi is super-fast.

The suites are well appointed. The beds in the rooms and the sofa beds and chair in the living area are very comfortable. The kitchen is another area which guests find most useful with all its utensils, cutlery and other equipment in place.

Insufficient blinds; faulty fireplace
The blinds in the rooms do not completely keep the sunlight out in the mornings and guests say that it was unpleasant waking up to the bright light. When the fireplace in the rooms do not work, guests say that it is not fixed immediately and they end up disappointed not being able to use it.

The housekeeping staff reportedly do not empty the trash in the kitchens. Guests say that there is no dishwashing liquid present and the entire suite has only one trash can provided. Some rooms next to ones with guests staying with pets are noisy as guests say they keep hearing dogs barking.
