Guests rave about the hotel's well connected location in downtown Atlanta, often commenting that it is within easy reach of streetcar stops and that they can catch the MARTA across the street for a direct run to the airport. Centennial Park, the Georgia Dome, and the World of Coke are just a few footsteps away, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby as well.

The front desk and valet staff receive rave reviews for their pleasant and professional customer service, with many guests appreciating their extensive knowledge of the area. Guests also often comment that they are greeted warmly by every staff member they meet, from housekeeping to management.
