The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests who stayed here. They enjoyed having people that looked out for guest interests. They were also helpful with the area and with hotel information.

Guests enjoyed the fact they were able to easily access the train and metro stations directly from the hotel. They found it easy to travel around Osaka. They felt the location was central and was close to the various attractions of the city.

The rooms were found to be clean and cosy according to guests. They enjoyed the mini fridges to keep things cool and the rainfall showers to take a bath. The rooms were also kept clean and the beds were comfortable.

Although guests felt the rooms were cosy, they felt the space could be a little more than what they had. They found the rooms to be too small for them and would have preferred a larger room to stay in.

Guests did not like that they were assigned to smoking rooms when there were no other available. They also did not enjoy that they were no given a choice if they were non-smoking people. The rooms smelled of smoke.

The breakfast was found to be poor and unappetizing by guests who tried it. The breakfast was in another hotel and the variety and quality were below their standards. They were not impressed with the breakfast served in the morning.
