HOTEL RAMBLA (Benidorm, Spain)

With the Hotel Rambla being in a more residential area of Benidorm, it is some distance from the lively nightlife the town is known for – ensuring a more peaceful night’s sleep. Yet the hotel is not too far from local hotspots, with Benidorm Old Town and Poniente Beach both being ten minutes away on foot.

Despite it being reportedly difficult to fully communicate with staff due to their limited English, most guests have reported that the employees of the hotel were friendly and helpful.

While the rooms are considered very basic, previous guests at the Hotel Rambla were happy overall with the level of cleanliness on display. They say that the rooms are clean, while linen and towels are cleaned and replaced each day.

A common complaint among guests relates to the food at the Hotel Rambla. Not only is the food considered basic and bland, visitors have mentioned that meals have arrived cold. In addition, problems with the buffet include a lack of variety, replenishment and clean cutlery.

The rooms at the hotel are very basic, with old and tired furnishings throughout – according to many previous visitors. The en-suite portion of the rooms have not been well received either, with the quality of the facilities considered substandard for the most part.

With other problems such as poor Wi-Fi, the swimming pool being small and the hotel being centred round Spanish nationals, the Hotel Rambla has not been recommended by many previous guests.
