Negative Reviews
negative:
Emergency Makeover
For over a year, guests have been reporting on the desperate state of this hotel, which they describe as desperately run down –everywhere you look. The décor is poor, the furnishings expired and the promised amenities, are either absent, unavailable or they don’t work. To top off this unpleasant realisation, the housekeeping department is clearly only sporadically called out, as the rooms are not as clean as they should be.
negative:
Plain Rude
While the hotel advises guests that it does not have an active front desk on site, guests are finding it extremely difficult to check-in. They say they actually feel harassed whenever they contact the hotel, and have even been hung up on.
