Negative Reviews
negative:
Furniture a little dated
Some guests find the furniture and décor a little tired and dated. This is nothing to set the alarm bells ringing though and doesn't seem to detract from the pleasure guests have staying here.
negative:
Maintenance issues
Many guests find the site spotlessly clean. This, however, seems to vary according to the season. Some things appear to be a little bit neglected out of season in particular. Perhaps a lick of paint, or a bit more attention to the gardens would improve some guests' perceptions.
negative:
Need a car to get around
Quinta de Balaia is just a bit too far to get anywhere by foot. Although the beaches and the centre of Albufeira are just a few kilometres away, guests would say that it is essential to have a car or you may get a little bit bored after a while!
