Parking costs extra
Comfort Inn & Suites LAX Airport used to provide free parking which made staying here more cost effective. This policy has now changed and a daily fee is charged for use of the parking lot regardless of a guest’s membership status. This is disappointing for guests who previously enjoyed free parking and makes them question whether this is the hotel for them in the future.

The hotel is described as old and in need of renovation and redecoration. Guests feel that the furniture is starting to show its age and that the fixtures and fittings look unfashionable and often don’t work the way they should.
