Great location with admirable views
The hotel’s environment is breathtaking and splendid. Guests get the advantage of having the bay and city views right outside their windows. It is close to a number of attractions and everything you need is within a reasonable distance as there are several shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Nicely designed and spacious rooms
All the rooms are large, well-equipped with tasteful furniture as well as nice décor. Guests can enjoy the magnificent sea views and pool views just right in their rooms. The beds are comfortable and enough pillows are provided.

Wi-Fi reception is terrible
To many guests, the Wi-Fi speeds were not fitting for heavy web usage. During the night the speeds were very slow when the number of users increases. Some opted to access the Wi-Fi connection late at night when the number of users decreased.

Guests complained about the hotel’s food especially the breakfast not measuring up to the standard they expected. This led to others choosing to have their meals at nearby eateries since they were plenty of them to choose from.

Rooms had noisy air conditioners
In some rooms, guests could hardly sleep as the noisy air conditioners kept many guests awake at night. The units emitted a lot of noise thus making guests to have a troubled sleep. Guests felt that the units were not working well and that they need to be replaced.
