    The property is in a good location, Situated right in the centre of everything. It is just a five minute walk from Plaza Colón Square and lots of excellent nightlife. The Bernabeu Football Stadium – home of Real Madrid – is only three metro stops from here.

    The hotel has modern décor and feels fresh and new. It is also spotlessly clean and comfortable.

    Rather noisy.

    Because Petit Palace Santa Barbara is positioned right at the heart of the city, inevitably you'll have to put up with quite a lot of external noise. If you are staying at the front of the hotel, you will definitely hear sounds from the nearby restaurants and bars. If you are a light sleeper, you certainly won't want to leave the window open.

    Hard to control.

    The air-conditioning is a little temperamental at times, meaning that rooms do tend to get rather hot. Having the window open leads to the aforementioned sound issues.
