Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient Parking And Close To Attractions
You can park your vehicle right near your room. In fact, right near your window and you can reach the beach by car within ten-minutes, and if you need a quick bite to eat, check-out the Bread Lodge Cafe down the street. Hollywood and Beverly Hills are also not far.
positive:
Separate Sitting And Sleeping Area
The room setup is pretty cool. The sleeping and sitting area where the TV is located are separate. This is great if you want to sleep and someone else wants to watch television.
positive:
Reasonably Quiet
Believe it or not, the hotel is reasonably quiet. From the appearance you will probably expect to hear loud visitors and slamming doors when actually it's quite the opposite.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Keep Your Feet Away
The floors are not carpeted and can be cold in the mornings. If you prefer hotels with plush carpeting, you won't find it here. While you're at it, don't bother looking at the walls and ceiling as you may find exposed electrical wires, mildew, peeling paint, and more.
negative:
Where Is The Manager?
The manager appears somewhat aloof and unreachable if you have a problem in most instances. It's just as well since the room's telephone is probably not working anyway. Keep in mind, there is no hotel lobby. There is a grimy check-in window blanketed with flyers.

The Worst Discovery You Can Find
This should be a no-brainer; however if you are stuck on what could be the worst thing to find in a hotel, here it goes. It's bed bugs and this hotel has them. Make sure you do an inspection upon entering your room as exterminations don't always clear these critters completely and they love to hitch rides!
