The property consists of 2 houses (holiday home, guest house), which were lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished in 2018/2019. Would you like to be free and independent on your holiday and still enjoy hotel comfort. Then you've come to the right place at the "Nettes Landhaus"! The guest house consists of 3 double rooms, each equipped with a modern bathroom and TV. The common rooms are spacious and have a fully equipped common kitchen with a comfortable sofa area, large screen TV and dining area. Holiday home "Nettes Landhaus" 170sqm, 5 bathrooms, pond The holiday home consists of 3 comfortable double rooms and 2 modern bathrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with bunk beds) and 3 single rooms, each with a bathroom. Each room has a flat-screen TV (via LAN , Reception of Belgian and Dutch channels, free W-LAN ) The other rooms are generously divided and have their own living room with a comfortable sofa area, large-screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are always free in the "Nettes Landhaus"! You will feel at home throughout your stay with me. The houses are conveniently located: 2 km to the A60; to Luxembourg about 20 km or Belgium about 2 km. The property includes a beautiful pond for fishing, swimming, archery and barbecuing. Enjoy cozy hours in nature there. The three in-house donkeys are in the immediate vicinity of the pond, enjoy the moments with Lynn, Elsa and Babette. Chilled drinks are available for you for a small fee. Use of washing machine/dryer for a fee. Dogs on request This is also a beautiful travel destination in winter. This part of the Eifel is also known as the "Schneifel" due to the Schwarzer Mann winter sports area. Please note that the guest house is not generally available for single use.
