The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. What you see in the photos are what you get in reality. One of the highlights are the beautiful exotic birds within the compound. You will feel very secure, as the resort is located behind a high security wall.
The resort guest rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Beds are large and comfy, the furnishings are in good shape, you have fantastic views of the swimming pool, and a large shower. A private Jacuzzi is on the balcony and every detail is adhered to like mosquito screens and an adequate number of towels.
A shuttle service would help, as the resort is a bit out of the way. It’s not a place where you can walk to the beach or cycle to a restaurant. The area feels a bit creepy at night. There’s not much to do outside of the resort walls.
There are no signs indicating the resort’s location. The only thing you will find are large orange painted rocks. A street sign would be helpful. What’s more, the resort is located on a secluded road from the main road enclosed by a jungle.
The water has a mind of its own. It’s either too hot or too cold. It’s tricky getting a balanced temperature for a shower.
