positive:
Good value accommodation
The room rates charged by this hotel compare favourably with other options in Milan. Considering the standard of accommodation and the location, guests feel that the price they paid for staying here represents good value for money.
positive:
Lovely balcony
Guests mention being pleasantly surprised to discover that their rooms feature a balcony which is an ideal spot to enjoy a drink while watching the world go by. So, if you think you'd enjoy this amenity make sure you secure a room with a balcony when booking to avoid any disappointment.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Air-conditioning erratic
According to feedback, the in-room air-conditioning doesn't work as well as it should. Guests report that in hot weather the air-conditioning was not very good at keeping the rooms cool which was disappointing.
negative:
Rooms on the small side, need updating
The rooms are described as small by guests who have stayed here. This in itself isn't too surprising since hotels in major European cities tend to be quite compact but if you want more space, you could book a Junior Suite. Also, guests comment that the fixtures and fittings are showing signs of wear and tear.
negative:
Staff sometimes found wanting
Guests would like to see a better standard of service from the members of staff. At times, guests were disappointed with the abrupt manner of those working on the front desk and there is a feeling that at certain times there are too few staff members to provide an efficient service.
