Negative Reviews
negative:
Hotel can be a bit noisy.
There are many taxi boats at the Grand Canal, which come and go all day. Due to these, unnecessary noise can enter you rooms. Thus, you are advised to close the windows, choose the rooms on the upper floors, and wear earplugs so your sleep won’t be disturbed.
negative:
Minor issues with the thermostats.
There are times when the staff sets the thermostat to a high temperature. Moreover, the heating system is centralised. Thus, if you are uncomfortable with the room temperature, tell the front desk to turn it down. The employees are quick to respond.
negative:
Expensive drinks at the bar.
The bar offers delectable drinks with stunning views of the Grand Canal. However, the drinks are expensive. If you want to save money, there are a lot of bars nearby with the same quality but half the price.
