Hotel Miramalfi (Amalfi, Italy)

The panoramic views of the coastline are stunningly beautiful. You can enjoy the views as you relax in the outdoor pool and sun terrace. Breakfast is also served on the terrace overlooking the sea.

The complimentary buffet breakfast will give you a good start into the day, with a varied selection of fresh and delicious dishes. Guests also praised the restaurant for delivering high quality, freshly prepared meals.

The staff are friendly, polite and attentive. While the rooms may be a little dated, they are also charming, clean and comfortable.

Some guests felt that the hotel was too far from the city of town. A shuttle bus service is offered, however the times are limited and may not be suited to everyones’ schedule. It is possible to walk into town, though there are a lot of steps which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Some guests found the hotel as well as the furnishing to be dated and in need of refurbishment. The mattresses are old, hard and uncomfortable, and some areas have paint which is chipped and flaking off the walls. At times the rooms were not cleaned thouroughly, and some guests found breakfast to be of limited variety and poor quality.

Some guests had negative customer service experiences, where the staff were unfriendly, indifferent and unhelpful. Staff did not appear to be interested in whether guests were enjoying their stay, and information about the local area, operating times or suggestions on places to visit were not forthcoming.
