Not only does this hotel boast several family rooms, but they feature a children’s menu in Le Bar. There are lots of parks nearby as well as the Seine, which offers built-in entertainment for one and all.

It’s wonderful that pets are allowed at Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliothèque, especially if you like to travel with your favourite canine companion. Your dog will love it too, because Paris is such a dog-friendly city and there are so many great walks to be had just outside your door.

This is a non-smoking property which is great if you don’t imbibe and like your accommodations smelling fresh rather than like stale, second-hand smoke.

There is no restaurant at Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliothèque, which could be a bit of a drag. However, Le Bar does offer a light menu. You can also try the nearby Chez Lili et Marcel for classic French fare.

The rooms at the front of this hotel overlook an elevated metro line. So if you’re looking for a quiet stay or a better view, be sure to ask for a room at the rear of the property.

The guest rooms here are a bit small, although the high ceilings do help give the illusion of space. Still, if you are travelling with more than one person, have a lot of luggage in tow or need extra room to manoeuvre, you might want to upgrade to a larger room.
