positive:
Great views over the ferry terminal.
Guests who choose apartments with balconies, will find themselves enjoying the view across the water. If they are lucky enough, they’ll get to witness a large cruise ship departing, and even luckier still if there are fireworks, as they large bursts of colour fill up the night sky.
positive:
Pre-pay option for hassle-free stay.
Guests staying at Merchant Quarters, are supplied with the option of pre-paying for their stay, therefore avoiding any hassle upon arrival, or departure. Guests are left to enjoy their stay without the thought of payment to bother them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Deals, deals, deals.
Guests booking through third party booking agencies, will find they are constantly advertising deals for apartments, with discounts included. Guests shouldn’t be too surprised when a better deal is later advertised, and cause a fuss by trying to switch deals, leading to trouble with the hotel, and the website they are dealing with.
negative:
Shabby corridors.
The apartments are kept to a high level of cleanliness, but the corridors leading to each apartment seem to have fallen to the wayside. While not dirty, they could receive some more attention. Guests should feel encouraged by the fact their quarters are so well maintained in comparison.
negative:
Cancellations and refund have a waiting period.
For any reason, if a guests should wish to cancel their reservation, or require a refund, they should expect to wait a few days before receiving the money back into their account. Unfortunately, this takes a few business days, and if it falls over a weekend, the wait could be longer.
