Guests rave about the quality of the food served at the hotel’s dining venues as well as the service they get with the meals. There is a seafood restaurant and riverside terrace that serves breakfast among the hotel’s eateries.

Guests note they were disappointed that hotel did not offer free Wi-Fi. Given the fact that the hotel prides itself luxury and customer service, visitors say the Wi-Fi should be include for those staying at the hotel.

The hotel is located near the Bangkok riverside which is a bit of a trek from the city’s central business district. The hotel does offer a riverboat shuttle to the nearest metro station, but guests say getting to the business district can be a bit of a hassle.

The hotel has a strict dress code in place which guests say makes the hotel feel a but stuffy. The hotel does not allow you to wear shorts or sandals in the lobby after 6:30pm.
