Positive Reviews
positive:
Very comfy beds
This was perhaps the most common compliment. Guest after guest reported that the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Few details were given, since it is difficult to dissect something like bed comfort, but the trend was very clear. The vast majority of guests were very happy with the beds.
positive:
Remarkably quite
It seems that the rooms have been very well soundproofed. Despite being in the very heart of the city guests mentioned that their street facing room was a haven of peace and quiet. There really were no noise complaints regarding external noise to speak of.
positive:
Great central location
This was mentioned very often, and was perhaps one of the main reasons guests booked at this hotel. They describe the location as unbeatable, with convenient skyway connections to the convention center and Indianapolis’ main downtown mall.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Standard rooms are very small
This was a rare common complaint in reviews that were otherwise overwhelmingly positive. While all guests found the rooms exceptionally well-appointed and organized, there was simply no denying that the standard rooms were very small. Guests who like their (hotel room) space are unlikely to be satisfied with the standard rooms here.
negative:
Difficult to find
For reasons not fully explained, several guests mentioned that the hotel was difficult to find. It seems that the entrance might be difficult to spot when driving along the street.
negative:
Expensive room rates
Some guests did say that the room rates at this hotel were quite a bit more than they were used to paying for a standard hotel room - perhaps outside of the New York and San Francisco metro's.
