Situated within the walls of Old Quebec, Le Haute Ville is a terrace property offering very comfortable and modern self catering apartments to those looking for an independent city break Both studio and one bedroom apartments are available. While they may be located in a charming historic property, the décor and furniture is thoroughly modern. All the amenities you need for a great city break are featured, included kitchen or kitchenette and television. The focus at Le Haute Ville is in the apartments themselves, and there are few public amenities. There is, however, a laundry in the basement of the building that guests can use. Those not preparing their own meals have only to step outside the door to be confronted with a wide choice of excellent places to dine. Out of province guests should be sure to try out the very highly rated French-Canadian cuisine. The Citadel is just 600 yards from Le Haute Ville.
Considering the fact that there are no permanent staff at the property guests had perhaps been expecting some trouble with check in and check out. In the end, they needn't have worried, since guest after guest reported that the procedure was a breeze. It seems the agents either meet guests at the property or provide codes to access it, resulting in an efficient and painless process.

The property is a small historic one, so of course does not have a lift. Guests, especially those on the top floor, did seem to get a little tired of the many daily trips up and down the steep stairs.
An astonishing number of guests complained that the TV in their apartment had a screen that was simply too small, perhaps leading some to watch movies on their smartphone instead.
