    One of the consistent positive features highlighted by guests was that it was in a great beachfront position, with beautiful Flagler Beach quite literally right across the road.

    Absolutely filthy in every respect

    Guests mentioned that not only was there no maid service at all during their stay, but that it seemed there was no cleaning done before they checked in either. The specific problems they mentioned were numerous, and also astonishing. Some said their room smelled like vomit while some said there was an incredible amount of mold in splotches all over the room.

    Rooms astonishingly poorly maintained

    Guests simply couldn’t believe how poorly maintained the rooms were. Several spoke about any piece of metal in the rooms being rusted, like in an abandoned building. Some mentioned that there were no bulbs in the sockets and that they had to go out and buy them themselves. Apparently the staff couldn’t be bothered. Several also report that the furniture is not only broken, but actually held together with duct tape. They were simply astonished at how poorly the rooms had been maintained.
