Great location right on the beach
Guests really seemed to like the location of the resort. It was right on the beach, so guests could sit on the beautiful sands or go for a quick dip in the sea whenever the mood struck. It was also said to be close enough to the Old Town to be able to get there very quickly. Guests felt they had the best of both worlds.

Exceptionally beautiful rooms
Those guests who had been allocated renovated rooms were clearly very impressed with their rooms, with many saying that they were exceptionally beautiful, and were very thoughtfully designed and decorated.
positive:
Friendly and helpful staff
It was rare to read a review that did not praise the staff. Most guests reported that they were very friendly, cheerful even, which of course is just the kind of attitude one hopes for when on holiday.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pretty noisy environment
A very large number of guests mentioned that they found the hotel just a bit noisy. The rooms themselves were said to be poorly soundproofed, so guests could easily hear sounds from adjacent rooms. Others felt that the hotel operations generate a lot of noise that could be a problem, especially easily in the morning. Lastly, some said that the position of the children's playground close to the rooms meant that they could be quite loud during the day.
negative:
Food could be better
There seemed to be a bit more complaints about the onsite restaurants than compliments, with the most common problems being very slow service and food that was a bit uninspiring.
negative:
Some construction noise
Guests travelling as late as August 2016 reported that there were ongoing construction works at the resort that caused some noise and other issues.
