No Wining And Dining
There is no dining room for dinner so you have to eat in the bar area, which kind of takes away from the charm of having a specific dining room for visitors to dine.

An Expensive Dribble
Though the bathroom is nice, you can't really shower. The shower only trickles drops of water. If other guests are showering at the same time, you will more than likely get a shortage of water. It's usually very early in the morning.

Mediocre And Expensive
The breakfast is mediocre. The Scottish breakfast is certainly nothing to brag about. The eggs are strange, the bacon is skimpy, and the black pudding are all served on a cold plate. Keep in mind, this place is not cheap! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms either. You can only get a connection in the lounge. The TV reception is poor too.
