Rooms are modern, clean and sufficiently furnished
The rooms are quite clean and well preserved. Guestrooms are very spacious and the furniture and decor is inviting and thus blends in with the overall theme of the hotel. The beds and mattresses are luxuriously comfortable and an adequate number of pillows are provided.

The staff members are very polite and interact very sociably with guests. The concierge staffs has greater familiarity of the surrounding area and are quick to suggest popular sites, restaurants and other attractions that they think might be of interest to guests.

The hotel serves a well prepared and diverse breakfast menu. The dishes are well prepared and fresh. Even during the peak season food does not run out as they are expertly prepared to guarantee all the guests are well satisfied.

The hotel's parking fees appear to be too high
Although valet parking was available, some guests felt that they were being overcharged for parking at the hotel. Other concerns regarded the few parking spots available at times. Some had to seek alternative parking near the hotel.

A few guests have complained about the signal quality of the Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. It appears to be not quite as strong as usual in a few of the rooms and public areas and keeps disappearing.

The hotel's elevator is somewhat slow
A number of guests found the elevator to be extremely slow when ascending or descending. At times it could get quite overcrowded inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially evident when several guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.
