This property is centrally located and within walking distance of The Galleria Mall where you'll find lots of restaurants and great shopping. You're a short walk or drive away from most of the area's most popular tourist destinations. And because the property is near the junction of I 69 and I 610, getting in and out is a breeze.

Although the public spaces at Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston near the Galleria have been recently renovated, it's been a while since the guest rooms were updated and it shows. Stained carpeting, worn out furnishings and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days are among the worst offenders.

The parking garage here is narrow and the spaces are a bit tight and hard to maneuver in and out of, especially if you have a large vehicle. Unfortunately, there is no valet service provided by the hotel, so you are pretty much on your own.

Sometimes the housekeeping at this hotel is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, stained linens, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.
