Guests raved about the location of this property. They loved how close the hotel was to public beach access points, yet far enough away from the busiest parts of the area so that it was able to offer a restful retreat.

This is one of Daytona Beach's newer properties, and guests noted that the staff is obviously taking care to keep it looking sparkling and new for as long as possible. They thought the amenities and decor was very modern, and complimented the housekeepers for maintaining cleanliness so thoroughly throughout their stays.

Guests mentioned that this hotel was one of Daytona Beach's standout options. They said they'd gladly stay here again, and some guests said they were already planning return trips at the time of reviewing the property.

Guests consistently discussed how the behaviour of the front desk staff wasn't as warm as they expected. Comments were made about how staff members acted as if they were being bothered by guests' requests, and revealed that the front desk staff had a cold attitude and weren't prompt to offer assistance.

Guests indicated that the hotel's car park isn't quite large enough to accommodate all guests when the capacity is full. That meant guests had trouble finding spaces for their vehicles during the high season, and particularly during the nighttime hours.

Guests were dismayed to discover how when they requested rooms with partial ocean views, they could more easily see the car park than the ocean.
