The rooms are well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. But it’s the cleanliness of the place that really impresses guests who are surprised that the place is in spotless condition. Excellent work from the housekeeping staff.
The first meal of the day is always an important factor in a hotel stay and at this hotel, they have surpassed expectations. Guests are very pleased with all that is on offer at the buffet and to have it included in the rate is the icing on the cake.
There seems to be an issue with service at this hotel where guests have complained that the front desk staff seemed indifferent to their problems. Those that dealt with the manager also said that they weren’t too happy with his attitude towards them.
