Breakfast spread is good and well prepared
The breakfast menu appears to be a guest favourite. Many were pleased by the variety of dishes on offer and the relative inexpensiveness compared to similar breakfast spreads in similar hotels. The items were well prepared and very tasty.
positive:
Cooperative, friendly and professional staff
The hotel's employees are very hospitable and polite. Their jolly natures create a welcoming environment where guests do not hesitate to make their complaints and requests known. Negative Reviews
negative:
The hotel's guestrooms were too small
Some guests were of the view that the guestrooms were not as roomy as they expected. This coupled with the somewhat compact beds gave the room a congested feel. The showers compartments are also too small and can hardly fit an adult.
negative:
Poor soundproofing in the rooms
A number of guests complained about the walls which appeared to be too thin. Noise from the street, television sets and loud conversations carried easily from room to room and those who were light sleepers could not have a restful night's sleep.
negative:
Lack of air conditioning in some rooms
The rooms are not air conditioned and depending on the season, it can get pretty hot if you decide to keep the windows closed. Guests have complained that at times the room becomes terribly hot and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't make any difference.
