The multi-lingual staff, the majority of whom can speak Spanish, English and Italian as well as French, are incredibly friendly, accommodating and willing to help with any requests or supply information about local attractions.
The thirties-style furnishings were well received by guests who found the hotel to be a perfect encapsulation of Parisian style.
Some guests found that internet access was somewhat unreliable and that the connection was not very good when trying to access Wi-Fi in their rooms however the connection is of a better speed in public areas.
As is to be expected of a hotel in as good a Parisian location as this, the hotel is on the small side. The rooms are small and some guests found that the lift was too small, and can only fit three people in it.
Reviews dating back to the early-2000s are negative, however, all recent reviews of the Hotel Ducs D’Anjour are extremely complimentary so whatever issues guests had previously appear to have been rectified.
