Great location and wonderful architecture
The hotel is an art masterpiece and a palace. With rooms that have views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel is well set near many attractions nearby such as The Lerins Islands and the town of Nice all within reach. There are several shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The employees are very attentive to your needs. With their ever smiles faces, the reception staff check you in and out very quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping team is very methodical in maintaining cleanliness and seem to take pleasure while working.

The private parking lot is large
The hotel has a spacious onsite parking lot that is enough to grant you freedom when manoeuvring in and out of your car as well as when parking it. The valet parking was also very convenient to some.

The Wi-Fi signal is patchy and quite weak
A few guests have complained about the signal quality of the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. It appears to be not quite as strong as expected in a few of the rooms and public areas. At times the signal keeps disappearing.

A number of guests thought that the prices in the bar's and restaurant's menu was too high for the quality of food offered. They felt that the hotel was overcharging them for their meals compared to similar restaurants and bars in the area.

A number of guests have expressed their concerns regarding the sound insulation in the rooms. Nearby bars can at times play loud music during late hours. This can be troublesome for guests who are light sleepers.
