Positive Reviews
positive:
Fab, Fab Location
The location of the hotel is great. In this respect, you will certainly get your money's worth. You are within walking distance to the Notre Dame and there is a Monopirx grocery store a couple of blocks away. The metro is conveniently nearby and the majority of Paris's key attractions are within walking distance. The Louvre, bistros, and restaurants are close as well. Too bad the hotel itself has no views.
positive:
Clean For The Most Part
The place is clean to a satisfactory level. It's not a luxury hotel by any standard; however, the rooms are large and the bathroom is functional.
positive:
Congenial And Helpful
The hotel staff are polite and helpful. They offer quality service even though the hotel is not an actual four or five-star establishment. You may encounter favours such as an early check-in and other niceties.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Right In Your Face
Though the hotel is in a prime locale, you can expect some prime surprises too. The hotel requires full payment upfront and there are no tea and coffee making utensils in the room. You would probably expect at least tea/coffee utensils for the price you pay for the room.
negative:
Is This To Save Money?
It seems that the hotel switches off the hot water in the evening, perhaps to save costs? The facility is expensive and you would probably expect more from the service. Then again, maybe it was a one-off incident?
negative:
Not Enough Power
The rooms appears to have only one power outlet. If there are a number of you in a room, this may become an issue when it comes to recharging your devices.
