The décor really could use a revamp. Everything has a slightly tired feel to it, such as the wallpaper peeling of the walls. A spruce up would do it the world of good.
The guestrooms definitely can't be described as spotless. You might find dust on the skirting boards and on the tops of the plug points. It feels like the whole place could do with a really good, thorough clean.
