Tranquil Seclusion with Golf
This is a serene spot with exceptionally picturesque grounds near the ocean. Kept very clean, you'll enjoy it if you prefer tropical island seclusion or love golf - there's a huge Jack Nicklaus-designed course right on the premises. Beautiful, well-kept pools on-site as well.
positive:
Spacious Accommodations
The condos are remarkably large with gorgeous views of either the golf course or ocean from balconies or patios. Amenities are in decent shape for the most part. If yours has a kitchen, grab a few groceries in the San Juan shopping center for quick and easy DIY meals on-site.
positive:
Superb Staff
This is a friendly and welcoming team, offering warm smiles and top-notch customer service throughout your stay.

No On-Site Dining or Bar
If you enjoy eating out, you'll probably need to leave grounds to do it. You'll find a few options within a short ride, but otherwise you'll travel at least twenty minutes.
negative:
Not a Resort
This is a place to rent a condo, swim in a pool and play golf. There are virtually no other similarities to a resort. Room service is not offered and you'll need to figure out meals on your own. Housekeeping arrives daily, but the result of their work is not always apparent. Also, do note: you'll likely have wired internet only (you may as well forget about Wi-Fi - it's probably not going to happen in your condo)
negative:
Maintenance Issues
Make sure you get good contact info to ensure you can reach someone in case of a maintenance issue (phones in rooms don't always work - have a backup plan). Some have experienced clogged drains, leaks, flooding, no hot water for showers, and jacuzzis not working and wired internet only (you may as well forget about Wi-Fi - it's probably not going to happen in your condo)
