When staying here, you can expect the employees to be very observant and helpful, almost as if they are trying to anticipate what you'll need before you ask for it.

There was a great deal of feedback from guests who thought the location of this property was excellent. They discussed feeling safe in the area, and appreciating how many of the attractions they wanted to see were not far away.

Guests spoke highly of the breakfasts served here and liked how some of the items are made to order. Breakfast is free here, and guests often said the food was so good that it was a highlight of their stays. If you don't want to venture off the property to find food for your first meal of the day, the hotel offers a good alternative.

Although this was not a major issue for most guests, there were several comments that the furniture in the room looks old and worn. Guests thought it was time to get replacements.

Guests were very unimpressed that this hotel charges for Wi-Fi access. Many complained that free Wi-Fi is a standard amenity these days, and there were some suggestions that perhaps the hotel should offer a very basic complimentary option, and then charge for higher speeds if guests desired them.

Guests were sometimes bothered by sounds made by other hotel occupants, leading them to say the rooms were not well soundproofed. Usually, the issue was most severe in adjoining rooms, or during special events.
