The friendly and hospitable attitude of the staff especially the owners definitely made up for all the shortcomings of the inn. Most guests were impressed by the overall positive attitude of the employees even the manager who went out of their way to cater to the needs of the guests.

One of the positive comments from previous guests is the property’s practical and convenient location. It is just a short walking distance from various dining options such as sushi parlours, shopping areas, casinos, and the popular Heavenly village. Moreover, it is easy to find and highly accessible in South Lake Tahoe area.

Generally clean and comfortable beds
Guests are satisfied with the basic yet relaxing room set up which includes beds which has sufficient size and are also clean and comfortable. The linens and sheets are also adequate for their needs so guests are able to enjoy their stay.

Dirty, brown carpets
Most guests were disappointed with the poor quality of the carpets. They were extremely dirty, looked and smelled old, and had some visible ripped or torn which were very unusual for a hotel. Most guests freaked out and want the carpets to be repaired or replaced.The friendly and hospitable attitude of the staff especially the owners definitely made up for all the shortcomings of the inn. Scanty breakfast choices
The free breakfast advertised was very unsatisfying. There were not much options offered for they only serve some small baked muffins and coffee, which were not enough to keep guests going all throughout the day and was quite useless.

Noise due to poor insulation of rooms
The loud noise from other guests especially during wee hours was disturbing according to guests. They could hear loud conversations and even couples fighting at night even the doors were closed due to poor sound insulation. Guests are advised to wear earplugs.
