Positive Reviews
positive:
Fantastic location in the heart of Seville
If you are coming to Seville, you will want to stay in the old town, and this hotel provides the perfect location. You will be close to the shopping district, the museums, historical sights, and far too many tapas bars to choose from. Taxi stands are located nearby and the area is very safe at nighttime. Perfecto!
positive:
Quiet rooms
Some of the guests were somewhat disappointed to see that their rooms faced an inner courtyard until they spent a night out in Sevilla and learned why. Spanish cities rarely ever sleep and the hotel is located in a very popular place where the locals will stay out until early in the morning. You will be able to get a good night's sleep away from the noise in this hotel.
positive:
Knowledgeable and helpful staff
While some guests felt that the language barrier was an issue, if you are patient, the staff will be able to divulge a wealth of knowledge about the city, its sights, and some of the best places to see flamenco.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not really double beds
While some guests really enjoyed the beds, others felt that two twin beds pushed together to make a double bed does not constitute as a double bed.
negative:
The housekeeping does not change a thing
Some guests were disappointed to see that the housekeeping did not change the sheets on a regular basis and they also did not change the towels. Various guests said that they were there for days without new towels.
negative:
The Wi-Fi may not reach your room
Like most hotels in Europe, there are often times when the hotel's Wi-Fi does not reach all of the hotel rooms, however, most guests were fine with the connection.
