The one, two and three bedroom apartments have cotemporary furniture and décor, and feature fully fitted kitchens, including dishwashers and washer/dryers, flat screen TV’s, hairdryers and amenity packs. This is an apartment rental, rather than an aparthotel, and there are no real public amenities. However, free in-room Wi-Fi is available, and the agents are always available by phone. The location of the apartments is described as just on the outskirts of the West End. To many guests this was ideal, since they got all the benefits of being within walking distance of the sights, dining and nightlife, but each night could return to their relatively tranquil apartment block.
While guests seemed to like the layout and décor of the apartment in general, it was the high ceilings that seemed to most impress them. It made them feel as if they were in a grand apartment.
Though some guests seemed to have trouble figuring out how to use some of the appliances, they did also mention that having them there in the first place was a major boon. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were mentioned as two items that were often missing from other apartments rentals.
