The Wi-Fi was thought to be a good connection and reliable by many guests. The guests felt the Internet was of a good speed and were nicely surprised that this was the case. They were able to use the web with no problem.

Many guests liked the price they paid and recommend it to budget travellers. They thought the price was good for the accommodations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was working well and the staff were friendly people.

The guesthouse is said to have a good location near the metro station, to various restaurants, gardens and bus stations. Guests could take public transportation with ease and explore the rest of the city.

Some guests did not understand why there was a common kitchen for guests yet they were not able to use it since the staff lock the kitchen before a certain time. Some of the staff members made them feel uncomfortable as if you were in their home.

Some guests would have preferred if the staff members knew a little bit of English as it was difficult for them to communicate. For instance, some had problems reaching the property and the language barrier aggravated the situation of finding the right property.

Some guests did not like the fact there was no lift in the building. They had a difficult time going upstairs especially with heavy luggage. They recommend to book another accommodation if you need a lift. Some even counted the steps, more than 50, to get to their room.
