The hotel’s close proximity to Interstate 580, shops, and restaurants such as Heidi’s and Red’s is loved by guests! Major establishments and tourists spots such as Lake Tahoe are also nearby, so most guests are able to maximize the overall stay and visit these important destinations.

Due to the extreme comfort brought by the high quality mattresses and pillows, most guests had an extremely relaxing sleep. The sheets and linens were clean, while the beds were warm and soft enough compared to other hotels according to guests.

Wi-Fi is a hit and miss
Guests were disappointed with the weak and slow Wi-Fi connection at the hotel. They had some issues with manual troubleshooting and most of their gadgets did not work the whole time. Moreover, guests had a difficulty browsing and loading the pages, and were forced to use their own cellular data.

Most guests were upset with the general quality of the breakfast. There were limited selection and most of the standard food items such as eggs and fruits were not available. Furthermore, there were not much protein-rich food served, and the quality of the actual food served was not good.

Among the noise complaints of previous guests are loud noises coming from the television other rooms, people talking loudly during wee hours, and noisy alarms. Because of these issues, most guests had a hard time getting undisturbed sleep.
