Previous guests loved the excellent location of this guesthouse. The property along the road with off-street parking and very close downtown. Moreover, it is just a short walk from the Eyre Square, shop street areas of Galway, and the Latin Quarter where the street is alive with entertainment.
Excellent breakfast is included in the room rates, which delighted the guests. Meal was well presented and freshly cooked to the satisfaction of all. The menu had good quality with heavy servings including fresh fruits and Muesli. Overall, guests had an awesome breakfast experience.
Aside from being friendly, most guests admired the quality of service the owner gave to them. He was extremely helpful in providing and assisting the guests in all their needs from the moment they arrived. He would lift their luggage to the rooms and even moved guests' cars into the parking area.
Many guests observed that the bathroom is very small. The sink is installed very close to the shower and the door is too narrow that you have to go into the shower sideways. Furthermore, space is too small that it is hard to move and dry yourself after showering.
Parking was very tight according to guests, and they were disappointed with the insufficient parking space provided. Guests had no choice but to park down the street and just wait for an available parking slot.
The Wi-Fi was very slow inside the bedroom hence the guests were disappointed. Signal was weak and almost non-existent that much of their time was wasted trying to look for good access. Because of this issue, they were not able to fully enjoy their stay.
