This hotel includes a bit more than standard stays in this brand. The pool and hot tub are really nice and the hotel has a work-out room that is functional and up-to-date. There are also extensive channels on the TV.

The hotel is located really close to the mall, with lots of shops and entertainment in between. There are dozens of restaurants nearby, many within easy walking distance. The hotel is just off the main strip, so you can avoid a lot of the traffic and noise but still be close to the action.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate area for relaxing. There is adequate storage and even a small kitchenette in some units. The hotel gives complimentary toiletries and gourmet coffee pods. With the recent upgrades, some rooms are brand new with modern features.

The hotel often misses out on some finer details that hotel members and frequent guests have come to expect with this brand. Members aren't routinely greeted with welcome packs and the hotel fails to keep the snacks and water in the lobby stocked.

The greeting at reception isn't an overly warm and welcome one and that attitude keeps through to all the staff. Workers frequently turn down simple requests, don't quickly fix billing concerns, and focus more on socializing than guests. The front desk is often left unattended, causing unnecessary waits.

Breakfast here is a disappointment. The buffet often runs out of food and the staff attendant doesn't make new items. The coffee is instant and tastes unpleasant and the food items seem mass prepared, with watery and overcooked items.
