Guests loved the wide spread and well-cooked breakfast buffet served here. Apart from the delicious breakfast, they even served an evening reception. Guests loved the wings, celery, carrots, dips and much more. There was a ‘happy hour’ wherein the guests were served beer and fiery hot wings.
The inn is just off the Interstate 55 North making it a good choice of stay for guests traveling on that route. It also gives easy access to many places of entertainment and shopping. Much to the surprise of the guests, the parking lot was very well-lit making it safe at night.
The services offered by the staff members were much appreciated by the guests. Accommodating and friendly staff went out of their way at any hour of the day to lend a helping hand to the guests. They were welcomed with a warm smile and made to feel at home.
The air conditioner was very noisy and it kept rattling through the night making it very difficult for the guests to fall asleep.
Even though the major part of the inn is in a good condition, bathrooms in most of the rooms were in dire need of a renovation. Shower spigot was coming off and the tubs were cracked from the sides.
Some of the guests felt that the beds were too soft for their liking. A firmer bed would have resulted in a better sleep minus the backache.
