neighborhood and hotel surroundings leave a lot to be desired. Guests
do not feel all together safe. The car park seems to be in a bad
state and there are reports of vehicles being broken into and even
gunfights nearby. Undesirable people also hang around or even enter
the hotel regularly. Security needs to be given more importance to
reassure guests.

There are few glowing comments about the standard of customer care. Don't expect too many smiles; guests find the staff to be expressionless or even rude. If you have any problems you may not find them to be too interested, never mind caring.

The hotel seems to have been left to rot. Guests complain that their rooms are not well cleaned, the floors are dirty and carpets filthy. There are some complaints of bedbugs and mold in the bathrooms and a lingering musty odor. Toilets don't work properly either. All in all, a major re-modeling is required.
