CASA GLEBINIAS Hotel Jardín, located in Chacras de Coria, Mendoza, on the wine road where the prestigious Malbec is grown. Its concept is that of a boutique hotel characterized by a timeless architecture immersed in Nature, counts on own wines, exclusive cuisine and offers assistance for excursions and activities. The friendly and personalized attention, comfort, elegance, calm and sustainability, ensure the well-being of the guests. The accommodations are spacious, with the charm of old world, garden view, seating area and patio or balcony. To ensure privacy, both the main house, which includes the common spaces, and the four accommodation units, consisting of 2 cottages and 5 suites, are independent. From the reception it can be appreciated the warm living room, extended towards the open kitchen and the interior garden of the large glazed gallery overlooking the park and the pool. Breakfast is served there from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m., and a special tray is prepared in the accommodations for those who must leave earlier. In this gallery also works an "à la carte" restaurant with elaboration in sight. Snack and cocktails are available from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. For the food have been privileged the seasonal components, highlighted in Mendoza for its quality and variety, as well as the traditional character, sometimes with an innovative touch. But there are also some dishes with local ingredients and unusual flavors that express the modern cuisine. Chacras de Coria, rooted at the foot of the Andes, on the international route to Chile, it allows the visitor who is eager for emotions, to do all kinds of sports: skiing, mountain climbing, trekking, rafting, horseback riding, paragliding, cycling, fly fishing, birdwatching and windsurfing. Nowadays it is a recognized gastronomic place and it has the charm of being in one of the roads of the wine, from where it comes, among others, the prestigious Malbec. Specially, count on the old Casa Guiñazú, today the Fader Museum, which houses the most important collection of Fernando Fader, painter from Mendoza, and one of the most representative of Argentine art of the early twentieth century.
