The Wi-Fi signal would go on and off during the guest's stay. They would have preferred to have a reliable connection with a quick speed to surf the web. This amenity should not be complicated for a hotel.

The street noise level could have been lower
or at least the walls should have lessened the noise level. The people and the
music were too much at night, and would go on until after midnight. Some light
sleepers could not ignore the noise.
