Positive Reviews
positive:
Set in lovely tranquil garden
The hotel is set in a lovely green garden, which guest find very peaceful after a long day of sightseeing or business in the city. There are ponds, and even a small waterfall, and the setting just helps melt the stress away.
positive:
Ample free parking at the hotel
Motorists especially love the fact hat they don't have a problem getting an on-site parking spot, and love even more the fact that, unlike many hotels, it won't cost them any extra.
positive:
Easy to get around via public transport
While the hotel is some way from the centre of Milan, guests mention that it is quite easy to get into town. Tram #2 takes you right into Milan, and has a stop just 50 yards' from the hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Air conditioning not up to the task
This seems to be a reasonably common complaint of guests travelling in the summer. While the rooms do have air conditioning, on hot and humid days they only seem to move that hot and humid air around the room.
negative:
Far from restaurants and nightlife
While access is good, the hotel is still not close to any major restaurant or nightlife centre. To get to one you would definitely need to catch the tram or go by car.
negative:
Not a real four star hotel
Several guests comment that the standard of the rooms was not up to four star levels. The staff are very highly praised, but the decor and facilities do not give a four star appearance.
